The theme of this session was "Where are you allowing things to be easy?". We did some great practices around exploring this topic and getting to the bottom of WHY you might not allow it to be easy.
We had two fabulous hot seats that I think will be eye opening for you!
Then we wrapped with a juicy healing, to help you shift into letting it be easy on your terms.
