 The Invitation

Though our modern, tech-filled world brings countless conveniences, it can also pull us away from something sacred — our wildness.

That deep, instinctive part of us that knows how to breathe, move, and belong to the earth.

We spend our days holding phones, chasing schedules, and living at a sustained speed our nervous systems were never designed for.

It’s easy to forget that we are nature too.

This evening is your invitation to pause.
To slow the spin.
To remember your animal body — the part of you that feels the wind, drinks in silence, and knows how to be.

What to Expect

Call of the Wild is an immersive workshop guided by Cara Viana — a healer, intuitive, and teacher known for her emotionally grounded, soul-led presence.

Through meditation, energy work, and embodied awareness practices, Cara will guide you to:

  • Reconnect with your natural rhythm and inner stillness

  • Release overstimulation and emotional noise

  • Ground back into the present moment

  • Feel your body as part of the living world again

This is not a performance or a “class.”
It’s a homecoming — to your breath, your body, and your wild nature.

This Is for You If…

  • You crave deeper connection with yourself and the earth

  • You’ve been feeling overstimulated, ungrounded, or emotionally scattered

  • You long for a space that feels real, safe, and sacred

  • You’re ready to slow down and listen — to your body, your energy, and the whisper of the wild

The Experience

Guided meditation + energetic attunement
Breath + sensory reconnection
Grounding ritual for your body and nervous system
Space for stillness, softness, and integration

Come as you are.
Leave feeling rooted, clear, and vibrantly alive.

From Cara

“We don’t have to burn our modern lives to the ground to find peace.
We just need to pause long enough to remember — we belong to something wilder, older, and wiser than all of this.”
