Hey there!
I’m Cara, and so much of the work I do with clients one-on-one is about relationships. Relationships impact every part of our lives, they can bring us such huge joy and such major angst. They are a place we often find our biggest triggers and our major growth.
But look, I’m not your average relationship teacher or coach. I come from a very different background and perspective. I come from 20 years of studying energy work, so I see the energetics behind a relationship, why it is the way it is, and how to change it. In the thousands of readings I’ve done speaking with people’s higher selves, I have gotten the REAL Story about why relationships are the way they are, or why you keep getting what you might now want. In my years of energy healing I’ve helped discover and rewire people’s limiting beliefs, trauma, relationship baggage, and ancestral gunk (that’s the technical term). I have a deeper understanding of law of attraction than most people sharing it, thanks to having had thousands of conversations directly with peoples’s higher selves. I have been practicing energy healing for over 20 years and am certified in multiple modalities, this allows us to go to the root of issues and heal them directly. Course format:
We will meet weekly for 1 to 1.5 hours in a video workshop.
These workshops are recorded and can be done in your own time if you prefer.
In these sessions we will break free of the old patterning, forgive, release, and redesign a new way of being, then allow that new way and relationship in!
You will have an optional support partner to juice up your new creations with.
We will meet between calls in our private group.
Expect short but powerful daily homework to solidify the work into your reality.
Plan for a time commitment of 1 call per week and 5 min a day, or you can spend as long to complete the course as you like!
