On this call we got into great nitty-gritty of what it means to be in alignment versus out of alignment. We looked at what to do in each circumstance, how to tell the difference, what does that even mean, and what to do if you want to shift it.
We also discussed using our emotions as vibrational indicators of alignment.
Then we did a powerful energy exercise called the life path meditation. Which really has the power to shift things in your life in a big way!
