My dark time was my childhood. A “room” of darkness. A “room” that I could not escape. I found the door leading out, many years ago, but could just never open it and get to the other side.

Cara’s teaching allowed me to understand that my spirit is infinite and chooses how and where to enter life. It was a tremendous moment of realization and clarity.
