A six month small group intensive
What if you lived everyday connected to the Universe in such a way that you knew the answers to every question in your life?
What if you lived in joyous relationship with your body and money was your best friend?
What if you operated in a flow state where things felt easy, your energy was abundant, pleasure was your driver, manifestations came easily, and your days were full of purpose and passion?
Imagine working in CONCERT with your Higher Self and the Universe in a greater way than you’ve ever experienced before.
What does this feel like in your day to day?
Let me tell you! It feels like sheer delight, like you have a secret with the Universe. It feels like flow and ease and mostly like JOY.
Structure:
This will be an intimate program for just 7 people, full of accountability and support to ensure integration into your life and the most lasting transformation.
This will allow for plenty of personal support from Cara, and the opportunity to form deep connections.
We will meet for group sessions twice a month. Sessions will be very active including exploration, healings, meditations, and energy practices as we define the new reality you want to live, and work through lovingly uncovering and healing whatever stands in the way.
Cara will be delivering personal readings, healings, and coaching in the hot seat portion of the program. She will be connecting with you most days in the group chat to offer support, check on your progress with the bigger work, help you lovingly bring yourself back into alignment, give little assignments to anchor our work into your reality, and remind you again and again to reconnect to your Higher Self.
With such a small group this is an excellent way to get individual support from Cara.

With great pleasure we will focus on healing and up leveling your relationship to your body, and your ability to live in vibrant health. With a focus on pleasure and learning to really listen and understand your body and it’s greater ‘why’, the old stories can melt away and a new love story full of appreciation and adoration emerges.

Up-level your relationship with money into a love affair that enriches your life!
Money is an area of life that often ties into many of our other issues which means we can heal so many things through our healing in the arena of money.
For example, if you are constantly in the stress of money, perhaps you actually have a hardwiring in your nervous system to always operate in stress, or maybe you have a belief that good things only come to those who struggle? When we address the underlying belief or structure, it positively impacts all areas of your life.
This is why money is one of my favorite things to dance with and explore within. We will focus not only on healing and uncovering those hidden blocks, but also on establishing a true love story between you and money!

This is the focus on your passion, your purpose, your business, your career, or your work life. You may be quite surprised by the route this takes. Learn how to have your passion saturate into every area of your life! Figure out what truly works for your system when it comes to practical and energetic structures around work, time, and what you put into the world.
Regardless of whether you have a business or are raising humans, whether you are retired or are part way through a career, the “how” you are doing things can be shifted strategically and energetically to deliver way more flow and joy.
Designing the balance, finding the flow, releasing the unhealthy pressures on your passion, and creating the structures that amplify your delight and ease is what this focus is all about.
